Domestic US Shipping Policy

At Salt & Silk, every order is handled with the utmost care. Because each vintage piece in our collection is unique, we ensure that every garment is thoroughly inspected, carefully folded, and packaged prior to dispatch.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your dedicated tracking number.

Standard Domestic Delivery (United States)

Delivery Window: Standard shipping across the continental United States typically takes between 5 to 10 business days from the dispatch date.

Carrier Services: We ship via reliable domestic carriers (USPS / UPS / FedEx) to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.

Order Tracking

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you can monitor its journey using the tracking link provided in your shipment email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package experiences significant delays, damage, or issues in transit, contact us at support@shopsaltandsilkco.com. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and see it through. Where a parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we refund or replace it.

Where a carrier confirms delivery to your address and the parcel is not there, contact the carrier first and then us, and we will help you pursue it.
