1. Vintage Nature & Authenticity

All items offered on Salt & Silk are authentic vintage or pre-owned heritage garments unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for any brand whose garments we resell; brand names appear only to describe what a piece is.

Condition: Due to their historic nature, items may exhibit natural signs of age, wear, fading, or minor imperfections. These characteristics contribute to the unique story and authenticity of each piece.

Sizing: Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide accurate garment measurements for every listing where available. It is the buyer's responsibility to review measurements prior to purchase.

One of one: Every piece is a single garment and is never restocked. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we cancel and refund in full rather than substituting something similar.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices listed on the site are in USD ($).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory inaccuracy, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Where we do, you are refunded in full.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout via our authorized payment options.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers. Salt & Silk is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout. Our Shipping policy governs the detail.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including brand name, logos, imagery, product copy, and overall web design—is the exclusive property of Salt & Silk. Unauthorized use or duplication without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Returns, Refunds and Privacy

We stand behind what we sell: if a piece is not as described, you get your money back. Beyond the amount you paid for the order, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
